The Spider cave consists of robust Hercules ropes Ø 16 mm with galvanized steel strands and a durable, easy-to-grip yarn cover made of polyamide or polyester.
The net cross-over points are connected using aluminum ball knots and stainless steel wire rope clips. The outer sides of the nets are fixed to the edge ropes with aluminum T-clamps.
Between the lower and upper triangular nets, four vertical climbing ropes are installed, each equipped with three black plastic climbing aids, along with two climbing ladders made of Hercules ropes.
The ends of this three-sided, prism-shaped net element are connected to the respective support posts using the internal and protected SECUCOPE® PLUS tensioning system. This flexible M20 connection ensures a long service life and allows for optimal rope tensioning.

The element features a horizontal rope and two pendulum seats made of rubber, designed for swinging and relaxing.
For the Adventure Park product series, we have further developed our proven SECUCOPE® PLUS tensioning system with fork eye bolt. It offers the advantage that the optimum degree of pretensioning can be set for each individual rope element between the posts. Furthermore, rope elongation due to use can be compensated during future maintenance intervals.

The rungs, made of robinia wood with a square profile of 60 x 60 and a length of 260 mm, are threaded onto two ropes at intervals of approx. 290 mm and screwed in place.
The horizontal handrail rope is connected to the respective support posts in an easy-to-install manner using the internal and protected SECUCOPE® PLUS tensioning system.
The rung element is connected to the respective platform plates (round base Ø 480 welded to the support posts and coated with rubber granulate) via an articulated fork-eye bolt connection. This articulated connection (M16) ensures a long service life and enables optimum rope tension.

The jungle bridge consists of a robust Hercules rope, Ø 20 mm, as a handrail rope with galvanized steel strands and a durable and easy-grip polyamide or polyester yarn coating.
The rope rope (natural color) made of six-strand polypropylene rope, Ø 130 mm, serves as a tread surface. The ends of the polypropylene rope are sealed with thick-walled PE plastic sleeves, which hold the fastenings in place via an inserted steel plate (fork eye bolt connection). This prevents the rope ends from fraying or unraveling.
The horizontal handrail rope is connected to the respective support posts in an easy-to-install manner using the internal and protected SECUCOPE PLUS tensioning system. This articulated connection (M16) ensures a long service life and enables optimum rope tension.

The Monkey Swing consists of robust Hercules ropes Ø 18 mm with galvanized steel strands and a durable, easy-to-grip yarn cover made of polyamide or polyester.
Attached to the two parallel horizontal ropes are a series of rope loops arranged in a row. The number of hanging loops varies depending on the length of the element.
The Monkey Swing is connected to the support structure using a flexible tensioning system with fork eye bolts M16 × 110 mm and sleeve nuts M16 × 50 mm. The ropes are fixed to crossbars Ø 60.3 mm, which are welded to the support posts. These crossbars are permanently protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanization followed by a powder coating in a RAL color of choice.

A floating band consisting of 3 ropes, each with a diameter of 20 mm, running side by side, approx. 90 mm wide. End fastenings: 2 articulated fork eye bolt connections M16x110 mm each. The ropes are pressed together using special aluminum clamps.
Attached to two platform plates, each with a round base area of Ø480 mm and coated with rubber granulate.
The handrail rope of the suspension bridge consists of a robust Hercules rope, Ø 20 mm with galvanized steel strands and a durable and easy-grip yarn coating made of polyamide or polyester.

The Crazy Jungle consists of robust Hercules ropes, each with a diameter of 16 mm, with galvanized steel strands and a durable, easy-grip polyamide or polyester yarn coating.
The five crosses, consisting of tubes with a diameter of 48 x 2.6 mm and a length of approx. 1200 mm, are permanently protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing and subsequent powder coating in a RAL color.
The crosses have welded sleeves through which the ropes are fed and screwed in place.
The ropes describe a zigzag course through the crosses.
The four ropes are attached vertically to two posts in an easy-to-install manner using the internal and protected SECUCOPE® PLUS tensioning system.
This articulated connection (M20) ensures a long service life and enables optimum rope tension.

The climbing wall consists of a climbing panel measuring 2797.3 x 1270 mm, which is mounted vertically between two horizontal tubes measuring Ø 60.3 x 2.9 mm.
The climbing wall is connected to the horizontal tubes using six screw-on smb aluminum tube clamps, type K. (The clamps are powder-coated in black RAL 9005).
The HPL climbing panel has various round holes (Ø 80–100 mm) to aid climbing.
The post spacing is 3 m (center of post to center of post).

The large support post consists of a steel tube with a diameter of 168.3 mm.
It is permanently protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing and subsequent powder coating in a RAL color.
The top of the steel tube is permanently sealed by a flat, elegant slatted cap made of black, weather-resistant plastic.
The post height above the playing level is 2070 mm and the total length is 3070 mm.
The post offers the respective connection options for the articulated fork-eye bolt tensioning system. The large support post has a total of 15 connection options for various adventure park elements.
Anchoring is carried out using a concrete foundation depending on the rope element in sizes ranging from 1.1 m x 1.1 m x 0.8 m to 1.35 m x 1.35 m x 0.8 m.
The minimum concrete grade is C20/25 (B25).
