The raindrop consists of robust Hercules ropes, each with a diameter of 18 mm, with galvanized steel strands and a durable and easy-grip polyamide or polyester yarn coating.
The element consists of a horizontal rope and four vertical ropes (depending on the post spacing) with polyethylene climbing aids.
The horizontal rope is connected to the respective support posts in an easy-to-install manner using the internal and protected SECUCOPE® PLUS tensioning system. This articulated connection (M16) ensures a long service life and enables optimum rope tension.
Depending on the manufacturing length, the element with its horizontal ropes is suitable for a post spacing of up to 5 m (center of post to center of post).

1x Bamboo net (3.00 m)

1x Ropeway Cross (3.00 m)

The ropeway Cross consists of two Hercules ropes (Ø 18 mm) running alternately alongside each other, approx. 130 mm wide.
The ropes are connected with T-clamps and aluminum round rods.
The contact points are pressed together using special aluminum clamps. The end fastenings consist of two articulated M16 x 150 mm fork eye bolt connections.
This articulated connection ensures a long service life and enables optimum rope tension.
The ropeway CROSS is attached to the Twirlcon connection ring, the platform pedestal, or the platform plate with a round base. The platform plates are coated with rubber granulate.

3x Support post big

The large support post consists of a steel tube with a diameter of 168.3 mm.
It is permanently protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing and subsequent powder coating in a RAL color.
The top of the steel tube is permanently sealed by a flat, elegant slatted cap made of black, weather-resistant plastic.
The post height above the playing level is 2070 mm and the total length is 3070 mm.
The post offers the respective connection options for the articulated fork-eye bolt tensioning system. The large support post has a total of 15 connection options for various adventure park elements.
Anchoring is carried out using a concrete foundation depending on the rope element in sizes ranging from 1.1 m x 1.1 m x 0.8 m to 1.35 m x 1.35 m x 0.8 m.
The minimum concrete grade is C20/25 (B25).

3x Plateau plate

The Plateau plate is a round base with a diameter of 480 mm welded to the support posts and coated with rubber granulate.
It offers optional connection options for suspension straps and the millipede.
The platform plate is permanently protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing and subsequent powder coating in a RAL color.

The platform has a round base with a diameter of 504 mm. The surface is coated with colored rubber granulate.
The steel tube column (D=168.3 x 6.3 mm) for embedding in concrete using a socket foundation is permanently protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing and subsequent powder coating in a RAL color.
The platform plate and the column are bolted together, thereby clamping the Twirlcon connection ring to which the suspension straps are attached.
The Twirlcon connection ring offers a maximum of 5 connection options with a minimum angle of 72°.
The platform plate and the Twirlcon connection ring can be dismantled so that the system can be easily and cost-effectively expanded at a later date.
The height above the play level is 470 mm.
