The ropeway FLUX 02 consists of 3 Schwebeband® sections that run in 3 directions at 120° each (consisting of 6 ropes in total).
The three Ø 20 mm ropes are arranged side by side, approx. 80 mm wide, with the outer ropes running centrally around the Flux membrane and leading to the next section.
The membrane is mounted with 9 fastening clamps.
The ropes are pressed together using special aluminum clamps.
The floating ribbon is fastened with articulated M16 x 110 mm fork eye bolt connections. This articulated connection ensures a long service life and enables optimum rope tension.

1x Spider web (3.00 x 3.00 x 3.00 m)

The Spider web is a triangular horizontal net made of robust Hercules ropes Ø 16 mm with galvanized steel strands and a durable, easy-to-grip yarn cover made of polyamide or polyester.
The net crossing points are connected using aluminum ball knots or stainless steel wire rope clips. The net outsides are attached to the edge ropes with aluminum T-clamps.
The ends of this triangular net are connected to the respective support posts using the internal and protected SECUCOPE® PLUS tensioning system. This flexible M20 connection ensures a long service life and allows for optimal rope tensioning.
The post spacing is 3.00 x 3.00 x 3.00 m (post center to post center).

The platform pedestal is a round standing surface with a diameter of 480 mm and is coated with rubber granulate.
The flange column made of steel tubing with a diameter of 168.3 mm is permanently protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing and subsequent powder coating in a RAL color.
The platform offers connection options for the articulated fork-eye bolt clamping system M16 mm.
It is anchored using a concrete foundation (0.8 x 0.8 x 0.8 m) and the minimum concrete grade is C20/25 (B25).

The platform has a round base with a diameter of 504 mm. The surface is coated with colored rubber granulate.
The steel tube column (D=168.3 x 6.3 mm) for embedding in concrete using a socket foundation is permanently protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing and subsequent powder coating in a RAL color.
The platform plate and the column are bolted together, thereby clamping the Twirlcon connection ring to which the suspension straps are attached.
The Twirlcon connection ring offers a maximum of 5 connection options with a minimum angle of 72°.
The platform plate and the Twirlcon connection ring can be dismantled so that the system can be easily and cost-effectively expanded at a later date.
The height above the play level is 470 mm.
Anchoring is carried out using a concrete foundation measuring 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.8 m.
