Play value and experience
The hammock swing is mounted to the truss frame next to the Skyclimber® and creates a calm retreat beside the active climbing structure.
As a suspended surface it allows sitting, lying and gentle swinging, offering a clear counterpoint to dynamic climbing movements. Children can rest, observe, communicate and meet here before rejoining the climbing activity.
This combination of relaxation space and movement area creates smooth transitions between activity and participation and supports inclusive play for different needs and abilities.

Includes end fasteners and special accessories for the basic unit, such as 1 tube bend (Ø 60.3 mm) for hammock mounting and 2 smb tube clamps for connecting the tube bend to the framework tubes.
Steel tube support post, Ø 108 mm, with a mount for the hammock, attachment height 1050 mm, total height of the post above the play surface: approx. 1160 mm.
Permanently corrosion-protected via hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating in a RAL color.
The hammock net is made of Hercules rope Ø 16 mm with a mesh size approx. 125 x 125 mm, rope connections with smb stainless steel wire rope clamps or aluminum T-clamps.
Double-sided, ball-bearing suspension made of V2A stainless steel; spacers made of spray zinc galvanized and powder-coated steel tube, Ø 60.3 mm.

A wide range of colors is available for the ropes and steel components (for aluminum ball knots at an additional charge) in accordance with the smb ColorCard for rope play equipment.
