Project description:

The Adventure Park on Böcklinstraße was designed as a complex climbing and activity landscape within an urban environment. By combining various modules, a diverse climbing course with different levels of difficulty was created, offering children and young people a wide range of opportunities for movement, exploration and play.

The installation was integrated into a public urban space and provides additional play value for the surrounding daycare centers. Thanks to its inclusive design, the play area is suitable for all age groups and invites both structured training and free play.

Climbing, traversing and balancing activities are seamlessly combined, promoting strength, dexterity, coordination and endurance. Central net and membrane areas also serve as places for rest, gathering and orientation within the installation, while offering multiple routes through the structure.

The large graffiti-covered wall in the background gives the site a distinctive urban character and demonstrates how existing elements were deliberately preserved and incorporated into the overall design concept.
