Mounting and planning instructions

Planning combinations
To enable easy jumping from one trampoline to another, the devices should ideally be placed outside edge to outside edge. Larger distances are possible, but difficult for children to jump over.

If you choose a distance between the jumping areas of exactly 1.50 m to be able to plan for the safety area of a small jumping device, we recommend that you slightly increase the distances between the jumping areas to allow for mounting tolerances.

Required fall protection
Floor with shock-absorbing properties according to DIN EN 1176-1:2017-12 is required. This must be at least topsoil as fall protection.

Our recommendation: synthetic protective surfacing made in situ or synthetic fall protection tiles, verified by a HIC test.

Loose fall protection material, such as sand or bark mulch, is not recommended in the immediate surroundings of the jumping devices, as it can easily get into the trampoline interior and thus reduce the play value.

Installation in a slope
Ideally, the jumping devices are installed in a slope free surface.

Installation in a surface with a normal slope of up to 2.5% is unproblematic.

Mounting and maintenance

smb jumping devices are delivered completely assembled and ready for installation from the factory.

Foundations are not required. Due to the high weight of the equipment, no further anchoring is necessary.

smb trampolines are designed for mounting flush with the ground. If the soil has low or no water permeability, such as clay soil, a drainage layer should be installed.

Maintenance and cleaning of the interior is easily and quickly done via the jumping mat.
