The Spider Cave is a three-dimensional net structure within the Adventure Park system, consisting of two horizontal nets stacked one above the other and connected by climbing ladders and raindrop ropes. The large-mesh net surfaces invite balancing, climbing, crossing and traversing, promoting hand-foot coordination, balance, core strength and controlled movement. Each of the two nets also incorporates three small-mesh areas, similar to the Spider Net, that add challenge and deepen the experience. Children choose their own paths through the structure, use the connections between the nets and respond to the movements of others, developing spatial awareness, movement planning and motor confidence through play. The combination of horizontal levels, vertical connectors and open spaces creates a varied, three-dimensional movement and exploration experience. The Spider Cave works exceptionally well as a central element or connecting feature within courses, low-rope gardens or Adventure Park landscapes and offers ample opportunities for both cooperative and individual play.

The Spider cave consists of robust Hercules ropes Ø 16 mm with galvanized steel strands and a durable, easy-to-grip yarn cover made of polyamide or polyester.
The net cross-over points are connected using aluminum ball knots and stainless steel wire rope clips. The outer sides of the nets are fixed to the edge ropes with aluminum T-clamps.

Between the lower and upper triangular nets, four vertical climbing ropes are installed, each equipped with three black plastic climbing aids, along with two climbing ladders made of Hercules ropes.

The ends of this three-sided, prism-shaped net element are connected to the respective support posts using the internal and protected SECUCOPE® PLUS tensioning system. This flexible M20 connection ensures a long service life and allows for optimal rope tensioning.

The post spacing is 3.00 x 3.00 x 3.00 m (post center to post center).
