The Air Cave is an engaging play element within the Adventure Park series, designed as a robust rope net tunnel that children can crawl and move through as part of their play experience. The rope net, made from sturdy Hercules rope with a durable, easy-to-grip covering, is fixed between four support posts and tapers inward toward the middle, creating a dynamic and intriguing passage that encourages exploration and movement. As children navigate through the narrowing tunnel, they naturally adjust their body position and balance, which supports the development of coordination, spatial awareness and proprioception in a playful way. The airy, tunnel-like structure invites children to choose their own path, interact with others and respond to the shifting net tensions, adding an element of challenge and discovery. This combination of movement, balance and tactile engagement creates a varied and stimulating play experience. The Air Cave consists of a robust Hercules rope Ø 18mm with galvanized steel strands and a durable, easy-to-grip yarn cover made of polyamide or polyester.

The rope tunnel tapers toward the center from both sides. It is connected horizontally on both ends to two support posts each, using the internal and protected SECUCOPE®PLUS tensioning system. The net crossing points are connected using aluminum ball knots. This flexible M16 connection ensures a long service life and allows for optimal rope tensioning.

The post spacing is 1.40 × 3.00m (post center to post center).

Note: Matching support posts are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
