In the residential area of Zingster Straße in Berlin-Hohenschönhausen, a non-public multi-court facility was created for local residents, combining football and streetball within a shared sports installation.

The approximately 21 × 13 m fully enclosed playing area enables safe and clearly structured use directly within the residential environment. A combination element (L) integrates the football goal and streetball equipment into a single functional system, offering a wide range of play and movement opportunities within a compact space.

A key focus was placed on reducing noise emissions, as the facility is located in a densely built residential courtyard. The SILENTIQ® concept supports neighborhood-friendly use and enhances the overall quality of stay for local residents.
