The Ropeway Flux 03 consists of three Ropeway sections extending at 120 degree angles, forming a dynamic, three-spoke balancing structure. Unlike Flux 01 and Flux 02, all three paths are made exclusively from Original Ropeway(R), each consisting of three parallel single ropes, providing a particularly rhythmic and controlled balancing experience.
The ropes converge in the floating centre, creating the dynamic equilibrium that gives this product its name: Flux, a continuous interplay of balance, coordination, and cooperation. Each path invites users to continuously rebalance their body weight, orientation, and rhythm, while the clear arrangement of the ropes supports visual guidance and tactile differentiation.
Thoughtful color choices, contrasts, and rope layout enhance orientation, aesthetic appeal, and inclusive accessibility.
Ropeway Flux 03 is ideal for public play and sport spaces where movement, social interaction, creative experience, and playful learning come together for all ages and abilities.


The ropeway variant Flux

The ropeway playground equipment is great to train the sense of balance in a playful way.

The Flux variant of the smb-ropeway is special. The star-shaped arrangement of the ropeways needs no middle platform. This not only increases the motion, but also the fun – especially when several people try balancing together.

Integrate Flux elements into your ropeway set-up or as part of a smb-Adventure Park.

Ideal is the combination of several balancing bounds of the series Classic and Flux so that the construction is interesting for a wide range of age groups.

Please note when planning

Due to the low height of 400 mm, there are no requirements on the fall protection, so that the system can be installed on any surface.

Please bear in mind that the minimum degree between two balancing bounds that are connected to one platform has to be at least 72°!

The ropeway FLUX 03 consists of 3 Schwebeband® sections that run in 3 directions at 120° each (consisting of 5 ropes in total).
The three Ø 20 mm ropes are arranged side by side, approx. 80 mm wide, with the outer ones running centrally to the next section. The inner ropes are connected by means of T-clamps.
The suspension belt is attached with articulated M16 x 110 mm fork eye bolt connections. This articulated connection ensures a long service life and enables optimum rope tension.
Note: Matching support posts are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.

Color options: A wide range of rope and panel colors is available for individual design preferences.
