The hand over hand ladder consists of two parallel Hercules ropes with evenly spaced wooden rungs fixed between them.
The flexible rope suspension creates a gently moving ladder that allows first experiences in free hanging and hand over hand movement while playfully developing strength, coordination and body tension.
Users are encouraged to find their own rhythm, control their grip changes consciously and progress step by step from rung to rung.
The clear and manageable layout supports the safe learning of basic brachiation skills while improving balance, reaction ability and spatial awareness.
