URBN HOOP® nominated for the Designpreis Brandenburg

URBN HOOP® has been nominated for the Designpreis Brandenburg 2025 – a special recognition awarded to less than 20% of all submissions.
Following the ISPO Award 2025, this marks the second major recognition for our product – and this after only entering two competitions so far.
During the in-person evaluation, the jury rated URBN HOOP® particularly highly. They highlighted the combination of functionality, design, innovation, and cultural relevance. With this nomination, URBN HOOP® is now officially recognized as one of the outstanding design projects in the state of Brandenburg and is featured on the Designpreis website.
Although the main award this year went to another project, the nomination itself represents a full-fledged design accolade – effectively a second-place recognition overall. With the “NOMINEE 2025” seal, we can now officially use a design award title that clearly underscores the design quality and innovation of URBN HOOP®.
This recognition further strengthens our brand and demonstrates that our concept sets new technical and aesthetic standards – far beyond the boundaries of the sports world.
