The citytor® medi represents the medium size within the goal series and enables football play for children, teenagers and adults on schoolyards, sports facilities and public play areas.
The balanced goal opening supports accurate shooting, goalkeeper actions and varied small sided games with clearly defined play situations.
The stable low noise construction is designed for intensive use and contributes to a high quality activity environment. This makes the goal ideal for activating multi use spaces and encouraging play, training and social interaction.
Individually selectable colours for the steel frame, ropes and elliptical connectors allow the goal to be visually adapted to its surroundings, school colours or neighbourhood concepts and highlighted as a clearly visible play point.

Football goal with external dimensions of 2.58 x 1.57 x 0.79 m (WxHxD) and a clear goal opening of 2.42 x 1.49 m.
Stable, bolted frame construction made of steel tubing; front goal frame made of steel tube
Ø 82.5 x 3.2 mm, rear and side frames made of steel tube Ø 60.3 x 2.9 mm;
Corrosion protection provided by spray galvanisation followed by powder coating in RAL colour.
Goal nets made from 4-strand Hercules rope, Ø 8 mm, with high steel content and a polypropylene yarn coating, inner mesh size approx. 37 x 122 mm (WxH), rope intersections connected using smb elliptical knots.
The nets are securely screwed into the smb-ROWOCON® sleeves fixed in the goal frame using stainless steel grub screws. The grub screws are secured with a polyamide coating to prevent them from coming loose accidentally, yet still allow the individual goal nets to be effortlessly replaced on site.
The goal is bolted to the ground using two ground anchors that are set in concrete; required foundations: 2x 0.4 x 0.5 x 1.0 m (WxHxD); the bolts used for fastening are unseen and protected in the tubular frame.
A wide range of colors is available for the steel parts, ropes and elliptical knots in accordance with the smb ColorCard for urban sports equipment.

The ground anchors are installed level with the future playing surface, enabling easy foundation construction and simple installation of the goal after the flooring has been laid.
Movable mountings for the screw connections (sliding blocks) inside the ground anchors compensate for any dimensional inaccuracies that may arise during the construction of the foundations.
Hot-dip galvanising of the ground anchors provides long-term corrosion protection and thus contributes to the long-lasting stability of the goal.
